The upgrade 

The digital application "Request to the banker"   has been upgraded for  the transfer of documents and execution instructions to the banker from private and business customers.  In addition,  accounts that are attached to information only  (and not to actions), will be able to write and attach documents to the banker.

How is the upgrade implemented between the banker and the customers?

Private customers will be able to submit a request to the banker without attaching a file with a signature, and upload documents/requests through the bank's website and the  account management application.

Business Customers

A business customer will be able to submit an application to the banker through the business website only. A file with a signed instruction is required on the business website.

The requests will be forwarded to the bank for processing at the ATM/business service centers or branches, similar to the fax  process. At the end of the processing of the request, the customer will receive a message whether his request has been completed or rejected.

Private customers will be able to open an application and upload documents to the banker by logging into "working with you" in the application. The process is the same as the process on the bank's website.

Requests from the bank's website and the application will be processed by the relevant bank at the ATM, in the business service centers and in the branches, similar to the fax process.
